Era devoid of signs

Although Jesus is with us, some times we don't receive any external signs.When Jesus multiplied the loaf in second time,Pharisees came and asked Jesus for a sign.Then Jesus gave this reply,"No sign will be given to this generation"-Mark.8:12.Sign means  blessing.In  the  Gospel of John,word reveals the miracle  in Cana of Galilee as the first sign of Jesus for revealing His glory-John 2:11.That means all the sign-experiences are blessing.But Jesus says,you will not receive signs in all seasons of life(Matthew 12:40,16:4).It doesn't mean that  all of us not receive blessing.When we walks through the  road we may see different sign boards.For instance,of school, church,railway station etc.When  we reach in the destiny we don't  see those  symbols.Because we already reached in the destiny and we don't want that sign board too.
Like wise the signs of miracles reveals one fact - that is God is near to us,or infront of us.Once Jesus is within you,signs will  reduce.That is when Jesus is with us in the form of grace as his own presence, you will not get signs. During the time of annunciation Angel said  to Holy Mary:"Greetings, favored  one!The Lord is with you."- Luke 1:28.That is,God fills in  us as  His real presence in form of Grace.And this is not blessing.So gradual decrease of 'sign' in life has got one more meaning,that is grace has increased.So when the signs have reduced,Child of God should realize that- it's not mean that prayer is not heard by Lord and no need of  feeling   disappointment too. Remember,sign means blessings.God's real presence is Grace.When Grace increases, God himself  will fill in you and there is no need of  sign.
