Guidelines for Individuals Intending to Register for the Kreupasanam Covenant

  1. Understand the Covenant Prayer:
    Before registering for the Kreupasanam Covenant, it is essential to read and comprehend the significance of the Covenant Prayer and the six prescribed guidelines associated with it.
  2. Choose a Convenient Date and Time:
    Select a date and time that aligns with your availability. The schedule for new Covenant registrations is as follows: 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 2:00 PM. For Covenant renewals, the available time slots are 7:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM.
  3. Arrive Early:
    You are required to report to Kreupasanam 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot.
  4. Cancellation and Rebooking:
    If you are unable to attend on the booked date,it will be  cancel   existing booking automatically and make a new booking to participate in the Covenant.

How to Book the Kreupasanam Covenant

Stage 1

Select Date & View
Available Slots

Click on the [Covenant Booking] button. On the page that appears, select your preferred date from the booking calendar. A message box (pop-up) will display the available slots for both new Covenant registrations and Covenant renewals across three time slots.

Stage 2

Choose Covenant Type
and Time Slot

Under the Covenant selection option, choose either "New Covenant" or "Renew Covenant." Select your preferred time slot (7:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 2:00 PM) and click the [Submit] button.


Stage 3

Enter
Personal Details

Fill in your personal details in the provided form and click [Submit] to complete the process.
